1. Service Description

Zeprey is a fitness and nutrition tracking application available on Android. The service enables users to track workouts, calculate nutritional targets, and monitor progress.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Zeprey. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. Medical Disclaimer

Zeprey is not a medical service. The information provided — including calorie calculations, macro targets, and workout recommendations — is for educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making significant changes to your diet or exercise routine.

4. Pro Subscription

Zeprey Pro is a paid subscription that unlocks advanced features. Subscriptions are billed either monthly or annually, as selected at the time of purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

All payments are processed by Paddle. By purchasing Pro, you also agree to Paddle's terms of service.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all Pro subscriptions. If you are not satisfied within 14 days of your first payment, contact us at contact@zeprey.com for a full refund. After 14 days, refunds are not provided except in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.

6. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You agree not to misuse the service or attempt to gain unauthorized access.
• You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

Zeprey is not liable for any fitness results, injuries, or health outcomes arising from use of the application. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property within Zeprey are owned by Zeprey. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service, with or without notice.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Morocco. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Morocco.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
