Account information: When you create an account, we may collect your name and email address for authentication and communication purposes.

Fitness data: All fitness data you enter — including weight entries, workout sessions, nutrition logs, and personal bests — is stored locally on your device. We do not transmit this data to our servers unless you explicitly enable Cloud Sync (Pro feature).

Payment data: We do not process payments directly. All billing for Zeprey Pro is handled by Paddle, our payment processor. Paddle may collect your payment card details, billing address, and transaction information in accordance with their own privacy policy.

Usage data: We may collect anonymised, aggregated analytics data (e.g. app crashes, feature usage) to improve the product. This data cannot be used to identify you personally.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the Zeprey service
• To send you transactional emails (e.g. subscription receipts)
• To respond to support requests
• To improve our product through anonymised analytics

3. Data Sharing

We never sell your personal data to third parties. We do not share your data with advertisers or data brokers. The only third party that may access payment-related data is Paddle, solely for billing purposes.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your fitness data is stored locally on your device using the browser's localStorage API. We use industry-standard security practices to protect any data transmitted to our servers. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and personal data
• Object to processing of your personal data
