Refund Policy

We want you to love Zeprey. If you don't, we'll make it right. Here's our refund policy for Pro subscriptions.
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with Zeprey Pro for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. No questions asked.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at contact@zeprey.com with:
- Your account email address
- The subject line: “Refund Request”
- Your reason (optional — helps us improve)
We will process your request and issue the refund within 5–7 business days via Paddle, our payment processor. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
After 14 Days
After the 14-day window, refunds are not provided as a standard policy. However, if you experience exceptional circumstances (e.g. a billing error or technical issue preventing access), contact us and we will review your case on an individual basis.
Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscribers are also covered by the 14-day guarantee from the date of purchase. If you cancel an annual subscription after 14 days, the subscription remains active until the end of the paid period. No partial refunds are issued for unused months.
